- Who will see the migration?
- Owners of HeyGen space with active Interactive Avatar subscriptions: if your HeyGen space has active paid activity on Interactive Avatar and you are the space owner, you’ll be prompted to start duplicating your assets into LiveAvatar. You'll still able to access Interactive Avatar as normally.
- Members of paying HeyGen spaces: you can still access Interactive Avatar as a space member. You won’t be able to duplicate the same assets to your account. This to be done by your Space owner.
- New Interactive Avatar users: if you just signed up, you will be invited to LiveAvatar to start fresh.
- Can I still use Interactive Avatar after kicking off LiveAvatar migration?
- Interactive Avatar will stay available as usual for your Space and API access, if it has active paid assets or activities, it won’t be affected or interrupted by your LiveAvatar activity
- How can I invite my teammates into LiveAvatar?
- As of now, every LiveAvatar account is the owner of its own assets or plans, team invite feature is underway and will be ready soon, we’ll keep you posted and help you invite your space member over when it’s ready.
- Where are my voices in LiveAvatar?
- Each avatar has its own default voice clone, we have released a voice panel, which enables previewing and selecting different voices on the we.
- My avatars look or sound differently after migrating to LiveAvatar?
- There is no technical difference in avatar or voice quality from your Interactive Avatar account to LiveAvatar account, as it’s the same model behind. If you do notice obvious unexpected difference, please capture a screen recording and the avatar_id and report to our support team.
- Does my trial migration auto renew or charge my card?
- No. We do not auto-convert your trial migration into a subscription. Rest assured that the trial period is meant to make it easy for you to test and develop, not charging you for credits.
