Who sees the migration prompt?

Space owners with active paid Interactive Avatar subscriptions are prompted to duplicate assets into LiveAvatar. Space members can access Interactive Avatar but cannot duplicate assets — only space owners can. New users receive invitations to LiveAvatar for a fresh start.

Does HeyGen stop working during migration?

No. Interactive Avatar remains fully operational during and after migration. Your existing paid assets and activities continue without interruption.

Can my team collaborate?

Currently, each LiveAvatar account independently manages its own assets and subscription plans. A team invitation feature is under development.

What about my voices?

Each avatar includes a default voice clone. A voice panel lets you preview and select alternative voices.

Is the quality the same?

Yes. The underlying avatar and voice models are identical between platforms. If you experience unexpected differences, document the issues with screenshots and avatar IDs and contact support.

Does the trial auto-renew?

No. Trial migrations do not auto-renew or charge payment methods. The trial is designed for development testing only.
