Subscription tiers
- Free plan — 10 credits refreshed monthly
- Paid plan — 1,000 credits deposited monthly, rolling into your existing credit pool
Overage billing
If you exceed the monthly 1,000-credit allowance, overage billing charges $0.10 per additional credit. Enable overage on your account page. For higher-volume needs, contact support@liveavatar.com.How credits are deducted
- Session start — one minute’s worth of credits is escrowed to begin. If the system fails to initialize, escrowed credits are refunded during teardown.
- During the session — the system checks all concurrent active sessions every minute and charges based on session duration.
Unlike HeyGen’s previous approach, LiveAvatar starts the session before enabling client token generation, so you’re not metered during frontend setup.
