Does it support auto language detection?

We are implementing LiveAvatar via API Call and need the avatar to automatically detect and respond in the same language as the user speaks (English or Hindi), without manual language selection via API Call. The same way it is in live version. Could the reason be that we are using Sandbox mode? And without sandbox mode it will work with auto language detection, just like in the live version of avatars on the UI?

Live Avatar Sessions Sharing Same Session ID Across Multiple Start API Calls

While integrating Live Avatar in custom mode, I encountered an issue where multiple start session API calls return the same session ID. In a multi-user, real-time interactive avatar setup similar to HeyGen, this creates a serious conflict: when multiple users are active simultaneously and I send a command (for example, triggering speech or interrupting the avatar), the action propagates to any one of the users sharing that session ID. This breaks user isolation and causes cross-user interference.

I see you offer 30 day trial for me bc I have clones in HeyGen. How do I get started building a live interactive Avatar? With Migration of what I alredy have in Hey Gen? I am not a Tecky, so I need easy step-by-step on HOW and WHERE to create this new LIVE Avatar if I need to start from scratch. DO you have Demo Videos to help us? I want people to pay, chosing from 3 tiers of programs (and time to chat) what type of Avatar mode do I choose - Full or Custom? WHERE do we upload our content to train it - I have aiCoaches Custom Bot already, can their API code go somewhere so I don't have to start content from scratch?
