I am experiencing an issue with HeyGen LiveAvatar live streaming.

After sending text, the avatar starts speaking correctly, but during the speech the avatar gets stuck or lags intermittently. The audio continues or resumes, but the avatar’s movement freezes in between, resulting in an inconsistent and broken live streaming experience.

Details:

Text is sent successfully

Avatar begins speaking as expected

Avatar movement freezes or lags intermittently during speech

Issue occurs while LiveKit connection is active

No visible error messages are shown

Expected behavior:
The avatar should speak smoothly with continuous and synchronized movements throughout the entire speech.

Actual behavior:
The avatar gets stuck or lags intermittently while speaking, even though the text is processed correctly.

Please help investigate this issue and suggest any required configuration changes or fixes.
