How to get sessionid for embedded LiveAvatar using the provided iframe code?
I am embedding the LiveAvatar using the provided iframe code. I need to get the session duration and the transcript for the session afterward. Using the LIveAvatar API, I can gather the session history and their associated transcript afterward. However, I cannot identity the sessionid for a specific embedded session.

I am experiencing an internal server error (500). I tried to use live avatar embed for my research experiment, and suddenly the live avatar stopped working. I am sooo frustrated with this. We are paid users and are having a bad experience with this. Why is there no support channel (ticketing) to reach out to help resolve the problem??? It stopped working in the middle of a research experiment with our participant we tried hard to get them signed up. Please resolve this asap as we are having some more experiments scheduled using this.
500 Error on session start API as "Embed"
We are reporting a critical failure of your API that occurred during our live event today. Our integration was rendered useless by the following error:

https://api.liveavatar.com/v1/sessions/start. I have fully valid tokens/credits and my application was working correctly yesterday.
