Custom mode in documentation VS in Demo
in the documentation "When specifying CUSTOM mode, we expect the livekit_config to be set." but in the Demo there is no use for any livekit_config
HeyGen to LiveAvatar Migration
We have existing avatars in HeyGen but never saw the option to port them over to LiveAvatar after creating an account and signing up for a subscription. We've also paid for a custom avatar but still don't see a way to import our HeyGen ones...help please?
Why isn’t there a mode where the avatar simply repeats provided text without requiring context?
Right now, if I want an avatar to repeat written text, the only available option is FULL mode, but that mode requires context as input. As a result, the avatar always generates an opening line, which I don’t want.
Confusion in states
What's the difference between the "listening" state and the "Idle" state?
Since we're managing events, I was wondering what the use case of agent.stop_listening (which sets the agent to an idle state) is. I'd imagine the agent should either be speaking or listening.
Custom Mode w/ TTS
Is it possible to use text instead of speech as interface in the Custom Mode? TTS would run on your side together with lip sync and video gen.
The demo app is failing on start with any type of sessions
I have the demo app running, but when I try to start the full avatar session, I get the following error: "Error getting session token: Cannot read properties of null (reading '0')." If I click the "Start Custom Avatar Session", I get the following error: "Error getting session token: Failed to retrieve session token".
Does LiveAvatar supports the Hebrew language?
We evaluate LiveAvatar to use in our web application. One of the critical issues we need to clear is the ability to use Hebrew.
Rollover Credits?
Hello. I'm still testing and have about 50% of credits left. Am I going to lose these credits when my monthly subscription is due? Most companies have a rollover credits system at least for a month through Stripe so their customers don't waste or lose money for testing the monthly services.
