When I use Custom mode with predefined LiveKit room (LiveKit sandbox) I constantly got error 500. Is it possible to show more understandable error?

I am being asked to setup a Live Avatar for a client, but they want to know if they will be able to see usage metrics. (i.e. Number of sessions, number of users, length of conversation, topics covered, satisfaction, etc.). Will HeyGen make this information accessible?

Non-real person avatar still supported?

What about non-real person avatars that can't be created through a video recording but only through a picture? Are they going to be supported or simply abandoned as use case?

Custom mode - pricing

If I just use the avatar visual and have my own audio, do I have to pay for every minute the session is on? Imagine the user stays silent for 1 minute - do I have to pay for that minute where I'm not feeding any audio?
