This is my usecase:

I am being asked to setup a Live Avatar for a client, but they want to know if they will be able to see usage metrics. (i.e. Number of sessions, number of users, length of conversation, topics covered, satisfaction, etc.). Will HeyGen make this information accessible?

Where do I get a valid voice id from. I found one on the Heygen site that said support-interactive-video:true but this doesn't work

I'm getting the following error while trying to start a created session. Successfully created session using livekit config (CUSTOM mode) :

What about non-real person avatars that can't be created through a video recording but only through a picture? Are they going to be supported or simply abandoned as use case?

If I just use the avatar visual and have my own audio, do I have to pay for every minute the session is on? Imagine the user stays silent for 1 minute - do I have to pay for that minute where I'm not feeding any audio?

Context - We are integrating HeyGen’s LiveAvatar (interactive avatar) API within a Supabase Edge Function in a React + Vite app (not Next.js).
We’re currently using the endpoint /v1/live_avatar.create_session (and also tried /v1/interactive_avatar.create_session and /v1/streaming.new), but consistently get either 404 Not Found or invalid avatar: not an interactive avatar errors.
We’re authenticating using the Bearer ${HEYGEN_API_KEY} format, and the same key works for other HeyGen APIs (like video creation).

It Is Possibile to use the avatar with a webhook with the user input and let respond the avatar with the webhook response ? in this way everyone could integrate the avatar with AI Agents

If not, is it planned in future?
