Max session timelimit query

Hi Team,

  1. We are waiting to speak to someone re a Business subscription, as it appears it doesn't have 20 minute max session. Is that correct. If so, what is max session or can I customize it in my app because I want to leave my session longer than 20 minutes. Or should I use keepalive function untill user hit end chat button does it still have max timeout limit 20 minutes?.
   Also Business says 1080p is possible. Is this available right now?
