Hello, I am a hobby developing and an enthusiastic user of HeyGen’s services.

I was recently working on integrating the Interactive Avatar and had just finished building my API handler when I discovered the existence of LiveAvatar. OMG

Since yesterday, I have successfully connected to the LiveAvatar service locally and am testing it with my free credits. Regarding this transition, I have a few questions to clarify my future

• Q1. Is the original Streaming Avatar (HeyGen service) no longer available or being deprecated?

• Q2. To use Interactive Avatar features now, is it mandatory to link a LiveAvatar account, register a different API key, and purchase a separate subscription plan from HeyGen?

• Q3. If so, will I no longer be able to use my existing HeyGen Avatar IDs and the custom ElevenLabs Voice IDs I previously integrated?

• Q4.Currently, the preset avatars and voice content in LiveAvatar seem quite limited compared to HeyGen. I assume improvements are ongoing, but is there a roadmap for when we can fully customize these assets (like using our own avatars and voices) as we did before?
