Avatar Fails to Respond in Custom Mode, Works in Full Mode

I tried running Custom Mode in my project, but it’s not working as expected.

The avatar appears, but it does not listen to my voice and doesn’t respond.

However, when I switch the mode from “Custom” to “Full”, everything works fine — the avatar listens and replies correctly.

I also checked the platform, and credits are being deducted in both modes, so it seems the session is being created properly.

Could you please help me identify what might be missing?
If there are any specific settings or configuration requirements for Custom Mode, please let me know.
