How can I have dynamic context?

For e.g. our use case requires us to have user's name embedded within the context. And every session would have a different user name.

Earlier, with Heygen we had an option to provide inline knowledgeBase text while creating the streaming avatar. Here's the reference

How would we achieve similar flexibility with LiveAvatar?
