Last night, I got session token errors out of a sudden. The avatar on my website wouldn't load any longer.

This morning, the error disappeared. Instead, it says now "Avatar expired" when I try to load the embedded avatar on our website. I was shocked, quickly checked the billing status, and all seems ok. I paid for the custom add-on on November 27, and enabled the "Allow Overage" option, so all should be fine. However, on the Avatar overview it gives me this screen:

Upgrading another time wouldn't work either, because I would have to train a NEW avatar, which is not what I want.

LiveAvatar.com doesn't seem to have ANY support or contact option.

Can someone help?
