inability to use Version 3 Live Interactive avatars.

we are scaling to thousands of users and yet I'm at the verge of just using another service because of the complexities here .

I have a Hegen Paid account with my API key I can use version 2 live interactive avatars However I noticed lots of version 3 versions

and yet I can't use them it says unavailable for these avatars when I run them so I went to the live avatar website which is the new version however upon producing all available avatars these version three ones are not available instead only these are in this format

and looking at these these are all ones that are very old and actually part of the current version 2 avatars I'm wanting to use a plethora of different avatars of which I cannot at all use only the version 2 ones i've switched my API key from my hey Gen API with my paid accoun t£100 a month, to the three live avatar 10 credits and it still doesn't allow any

I have tried the live avatar API key and my Hagen API key and they don't allow these avatar types
