I am being asked to setup a Live Avatar for a client, but they want to know if they will be able to see usage metrics. (i.e. Number of sessions, number of users, length of conversation, topics covered, satisfaction, etc.). Will HeyGen make this information accessible?

Also, what is the difference between a Live Avatar and an Interactive Avatar? The pricing seems to be very different, but I am struggling to find the differences in functionality.
